Acceptance
By reading or using this site you accept these terms. Commissioned work is accepted only when both parties have a written scope that names the engagement, sitting dates, and fee. Browsing the fee page is not a purchase.
Who we are
Releasepathgrid provides human-delivered briefing work: executive KPI dashboards for cross-functional reporting, cadence charters, workshops, and pack reviews. An optional local tracking utility may be described for record-keeping. Releasepathgrid is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and original diagrams belong to Releasepathgrid unless a commission agreement assigns the canvas and definition sheet to the client. Client packs supplied for review remain the client’s. Third-party names, including market venues and character names mentioned only for compatibility or review, remain with their rights holders.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to solicit custody of assets, to imply we can execute transactions, or to scrape contact details for unsolicited campaigns. You may not present our canvases as a trading signal.
No financial service
Figures, definitions, and local records are informational. We do not hold funds or cryptocurrency, access private keys, execute transactions, or give investment advice.
Liability
Briefing work is professional opinion about how a pack is read. We are not liable for business decisions taken in a sitting, for source-system errors, or for corridor edits made after lock against our charter. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Site availability
Pages are provided as static information. We may change copy, fees, or engagement descriptions without notice. Archived packs on a client machine are the client’s records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia (GE) have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules in another place cannot be waived.
