Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026. This policy describes how Releasepathgrid handles personal data when you visit https://releasepathgrid.digital or commission briefing work.
Data controller
The controller is Releasepathgrid, 6102BrookmerePl Mableton Georgia(GA) 30126, email contact@releasepathgrid.digital, telephone +16179263556.
What we collect
This website does not use lead-generation forms. If you telephone or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: usually a name, a work email, a telephone number, and a description of a pack. Server logs operated by a host may include IP address, user agent, and requested path. Cookie choice is stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key; that choice is not sent to us unless you later email us about it.
Why we use it
We use contact details to answer scoping questions, schedule sittings, issue quotes, and keep records required for accounting of paid work. We do not sell lists. We do not use your pack as marketing without written permission.
Retention
Emails about an unwon quote are kept up to 24 months. Contracts, invoices, and canvases from a paid engagement are kept for the period required by tax rules in Georgia (GE), typically up to seven years. Host logs follow the host’s rotation, usually under 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, or to object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy. Send requests to contact@releasepathgrid.digital. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
International transfers
Our working table is listed in Mableton. Hosting and email may process data in the United States or in Georgia (GE). Where a transfer tool is required, we rely on contractual clauses with processors or on necessity to perform a requested engagement.
Processors
Hosting, DNS, and email providers act on our instructions. They are not permitted to use briefing files for their own marketing. Image files on this site are loaded from public image hosts when a page is viewed; those hosts may see the request.
Children
The site is aimed at people commissioning executive reporting work, not at children.
