How the work runs

Week 0 — freeze the audience and the sitting date for the first pack.

Weeks 1–2 — interviews and a contested shortlist of measures; vanity counts are cut here.

Weeks 3–4 — canvas drafts with red-pencil markup in a working session (Mableton or remote).

Weeks 5–6 — first live cycle: refresh, exception notes, and a cold read with someone who did not attend the interviews.
